Operation CatSnip of Kentucky, Inc. was founded in 2008 by two women who believed in the mission of Trap, Neuter, Return and Manage. We are a not-for-profit 501 c 3 organization which depends on donations and fundraising for our existence. Our organization is run by all volunteers with the exception of our veterinarian.
